Cleveland Magazine names Fake ID Cleveland's Best Unexpected Rock Stars

Cleveland Magazine has named Fake ID Cleveland's Best Unexpected Rock Stars in its 2019 Best of Cleveland issue.

“It’s not everyday you witness a band of 12- to 15-year-olds absolutely wail on Black Sabbath’s ‘War Pigs.’

“Yet there’s Fake ID, chugging through the sinister heavy metal classic with style and skill to spare, cresting a wave of pummeling sound outside Crocker Park’s Nordstrom Rack.... Fake ID’s easy poise and undeniable chops tend to draw a crowd wherever they plug in.”

You can read more about Fake ID in the October 2019 issue of Cleveland Magazine. They will also be playing at the 2019 Best of Cleveland Party on October 25 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, joined on stage by their founding bass player (recently relocated to Arizona), Ian Peck.
